That's what I chose to make for MY "Something for your Health" day. A journal that I can set health goals in, and use to track my daily workout and health progress!I designed this set recently, but had yet to print out my own copy and actually start USING it. So I put together a helpful journal (the full set even includes the cover), and hope to start using it tonight!
I thought it would be fun to share a couple of the goal setting pages from the set with you -- download them below. You can even count it as your DIY for the day if you take the time to make them into a ready-to-use journal! Check out the rest of the set right here. There are LOTS of helpful layouts in the bundle and it even comes with some printable workout flash cards!
It was designed to be used with any of my other planner sets so you can mix and match them right in with pages you already use, or if you're new to using planner printables, check out my "Printing and Assembly Tips" page here.
